Populist Speech
For years, the people of Argentina have been hearing how they are not good enough from their leaders, but I am here to tell you that you are the backbone of this country. People of Argentina, especially those in the working class and those who need work, I am here to inform you of my new proposals of eliminating poverty in our great country of Argentina and to establish an efficient economy for our country to prosper. My goal is to support those who are a part of the working class, as well as those who are in search of work. I'm not just going to talk about it, I will act on it. We will no longer be so dependent on other countries and must stay away from a depression as America failed to do. It is time for a change and you, the people, will play a big role in it. As I have stated, I will act on the changes to the working community of our nation, and I plan to change it now. You all may have heard this cliche before, but I, myself have been in your position before, I know what those of the working class are going throught. It is time for us to make a move, a step forward into making this economy better. I put more emphasis on the working class of Argentina than other politicians because they do not know what it is like to go day in and day out with the harsh working conditions and unfair policies that workers have faced. It is about time that the lives of workers are addressed and more emphasized if we are going to take Argentina to the next level. First and formore, I will assure that the life of the worker and their families will be better than they are now. Along with that I believe that there should be a working opportunity for everyone in this country. If we plan to take a step forward we need to eliminate the poor from the streets by occupying them with respectable jobs that have respectable wages. Everyone, rich or poor, white or black, deserves the right to work. Some may see working as a privilege in this country, but I see working as a right of the human being. The right of working for everyone comes with more principles. Those who are in the working class should be given a fair wage. Living is expensive, especially those with families. The wage of a worker should reflect the hard work and effor they put in everyday at their job. Workers will not settle for less in the new policies I plan on implementing. There will be a big change in how employers shall treat their workers as well. This starts with the working conditions. No one whould have to work in such conditions that prevent them from working to the fullest of that they are capable of doing. Changing harsh working conditions will bring improvement to the worker's efficiency, and better working efficiency can only be a good thing. I want the workers of Argentina to be able to come home to their familes and not have to worry about how they will get food on the table, or where they will sleep that night, I want a secure life for the people of Argentina, a life to be happy about. The goal to raise the standard of living in Argentina is another step toward our economic goals. You, the people are the backbone of our country, and without you we will go nowhere. My goal of making Argentina economically better starts with you. I believe that by adddressing the rights of the workers and making the necessary changes will make our working class more efficient. A more efficient working class means a more efficient economy, and a more effiecnt economy means a better country, a better Argentina

What are some of the changes you want to put in place? You talk about providing everyone with jobs, but where are these jobs coming from? And how are you going to be keeping us out of a depression? I like the changes you are claiming to be able to make, but I don't see how you are going to follow through on your words.
ReplyDeleteHow are you going to make these changes you speak of? It seems as though this is just another speech with nothing to back it up. I like your changes you want to make, but how are you going to make them?
