Populist Speech

Good afternoon my fellow Argentines. Today I am speaking to you with much concern, determination, and excitement to move our great nation into a new period of success and prosperity. Only together can we achieve this, and I can only move toward this great new period of success with your support. I come from a family of farm workers. I grew up in a rural area farming, and working out in the fields with my family my whole childhood and much into my adolescent years. I know how it feels to have no rights as a worker, and to not get the respect that you very much deserve. For without the tireless work from workers like yourself, our country would not be what it is now. I am aware that you as workers are very unhappy with the way you have been treated and I come to you know with new policies and ideas that will make you very happy.
First, I would like to instate the right to receive social security rights and health coverage. I am aware that as working class people you do not receive the benefits you deserve, and that your work is dangerous to not only you but to your families as well. by receiving proper health care when you are injured, sick or if any member of your family is ill for any reason, I believe that this will not only benefit you, but society as a whole as well. If every one of our workers is working at their highest potential, and if they are working as healthy as can be, then the product that is produced as a whole will be that much better. I want the workers of this country to be as happy as possible and I want you to get every benefit that we can possibly offer you. By giving you social security, this will not only alleviate the problem of trying to save for your retirement now when other things are so expensive, but it will also eliminate the stress of trying to save while working in very labor-centered jobs. As your leader i should be looking out for the needs of my people, and I believe that this will create a happier environment for all who work and for the families of such laborers.
Second, I am going to mandate certain working conditions for workers. Every human being is equally important and significant to our great nation. We must all work in environments that are conducive to the work we are doing. This means that we will provide the cleanest, safest, and best working conditions we can to make your jobs easier and more tolerable to do. I know that each and every one of you work long days, to do your best for your families and for your country. I feel that you should be rewarded for this courageousness in many ways, and this is just one way I would like to express my gratitude to you.
Lastly, I am going to mandate a wage rate that will enable you to be paid fairly for the hard work that you, the great people of Argentina, perform on a daily basis and throughout the years. It is the hard work of you that makes our nation great, and I will see you all be paid equally and fairly for this hard work.
I will not rest until each and every one of you is affected by these changes and until each and every one of you see these changes applied to your lives. It is my mission to see the people of our great nation happy and satisfied. I hope that you all will take what I have said and keep it in mind throughout these elections and you remember that I am just like you, I come from humble backgrounds and I want to see everyone treated fairly, paid equally, and that will make this nation raise above all and become one of the greatest in the world!
